I agree with 99% of all the bad reviews. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years with zero claims. We called them on a second property we recently bought as an investment and had it insured by them as well. Found a leak in a faulty refrigerator (apparently the home inspection missed it? No damage coverage? Which I guess must be our fault (we missed it on the home inspection?) so no money paid...and now guess what... Our rates are up across the board...DUE TO CONFIRMATION!!! And of course we are switching companies - but now we are "high risk"..with zero dollar claim paid!!I will boycott this company until the day I die and It continues to post negative reviews every chance I get on every platform.
