I stayed at this hotel not too long ago, it was beautiful from the pool to the rooms themselves. They were all really sweet, but one person that made me stand out was the barmaid Nensei Dahn deserved a raise, she knew her alcohol very well and knew exactly what I needed after such a long day at the office. Her personality is very sweet, kind and cunning, that's all the aspects I like about a person and she showed it 100%. I will be back next month and if I could change anything about this hotel it would be nothing. Never lose it, it is a huge advantage of your company.

This weekend I took part in women's training at Aloft. We had a block of rooms and took over the conference room and pool where we were allowed to prepare our meals. It was nice to be able to stay on site on vacation and the Aloft staff was very helpful and accommodating. A wonderful, beautiful stay with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms at great prices.

I stayed at this property for the first time on business. The rooms were perfect. Check in was easy. He withstood the long delay. Went to the bar for a much needed drink and Nicole the barmaid was great. She was a good professional and made amazing drinks. I liked the atmosphere of a nice bar. She gave me great suggestions for a bourbon, which in fact Angels Envy is great. I have been to many hotels and it was really refreshing to go to the bar and feel at home not just a tip customer. I have to say the bar had to be the highlight, she even served me by the pool. Aloft definitely has great customer support. Nicole is amazing!

My husband and I took a spontaneous tour and were randomly allocated this hotel after booking one of these Hotwire "Hot Rate" deals. We were excited to try the altitude hotel and needless to say we were NOT disappointed. This hotel was impressive from the start. Reception staff are cheerful and friendly and make sure you have everything you need. The room was SUPER clean and had all the extras you could want such as - desk, tv, coffee, LOTS of storage etc. Downstairs in the lobby there is a pool area, bar, drinks and games. I got hooked on their fresh cucumber water which they give out daily and now I make my own at home. This hotel was a great stay!

A great place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms, quiet corridors, great value, convenient location and great staff .. especially Grant! There is a good selection of food in the lobby, the gym has updated equipment and the pool is outside. Breakfast here is not free, that was the only drawback. However, the staff is great!
