Foreign Exchange Programs For Indian Students
Each year, more than 15,000 medical students embark on a journey to discover ways to provide health care and health services in different cultures. This is achieved by providing a network of active students at home and abroad, facilitating global research and clinical exchanges lasting four weeks. Through programs and opportunities, we aim to develop culturally sensitive students and talented researchers for the world of science. Our exchange programs are the ones that actively promote the cultures and interactions needed in our global world, as recognized among medical students and health professionals.

The exchange takes four weeks and is processed together. Students are offered space, housing, accommodation and often a social program in the department or project of their choice. In all their discussions, a teacher is assigned to ensure that the students participate and develop.
Many measures have been taken to make the program effective. The most important of these is the student's book, that is, the student's book, which records the work done by the student and contains a list of the skills of certain departments. Some of these lists have been developed over the years in collaboration with WONCA, the International Federation of Women and Midwives (FIGO), and the Federation of Neurology.
Another important decision is the official certificate that is only given to students when all the requirements are met, the student book is completed and at least 80% of the internship is completed. This document is signed by the instructor and the transfer agent and allows most students to take credit from their university.
Participation in the professional exchange program is open to medical students from any of the country's member societies. If you would like to apply for a professional exchange program, you must apply through the National Associations. If you are from a country that is already represented, you should contact the representative in your country. Please contact your local or national information officer who will provide you with all the information needed to apply for the professional exchange program.
