I've always had a place to live and it's big enough to hang my clothes. Versailles is different. House of Versailles. I moved in at the beginning of July and have never experienced anything like this. Attention management. Maintenance teams who want everything to work perfectly. Really hospitable neighbors. When I arrived late at 1am with my carriers, there was a basket waiting for me at the unit. It was a confirmation of the patronage of Versailles. The device looked brand new. Gleaming appliances, counters, walls and floors. Spacious bedroom. A bathroom that exceeds all expectations. And the complex has a vitality and energy that can only be called "alive". Garden paths and walkways, cabanas, grills, large pool and fully functional jacuzzi. Never have a moment of regret or regret. I am home and plan to stay for a long time.
I have lived at Versailles Senior for over 10 years and have seen many changes here. Despite many managers, a landscaper and the normal problems of any gated community, things have changed in the last few years. Ali and Carla are great professional managers. Versailles has hired a better landscaper, and he's really making the place beautiful again; I enjoy walking my dog in the community. The clubhouse has been recently renovated and is a perfect place to relax. Since I've been here, the age of the residents has dropped quite a bit. There are more and more "elderly" on the scale now approaching 55 years. Overall, it's a great place to live. Quiet, safe and comfortable!
Beautiful grounds and clubhouse. I love my apartment. Ali the manager is very nice, very helpful. I love it very much. I love watching her at work, she's so sweet and cute! ?? Love the clubhouse for fun too! The gym has great new equipment and the pool is refreshing in the summer!

I lived here for about 3 years. Formerly a small and beautiful community, very quiet. The only thing I can say about this place is their mismanagement. But towards the end of my time there, the right people came in and turned it around. It's a great place to call home, I wish I could visit one day.
Being a senior complex, it is not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities. Stairs to 2nd floor. Only one disabled apartment. In a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers, at least one washer and dryer is always out of order. It is a beautiful complex from the outside. Managers change frequently. We recently increased the rent. it's really expensive but i don't have money to move.
