Ashley's furniture is GREAT. I bought $10,000 worth of furniture on the day of the month. $1,000 deposit, no future fees until recognized. They pushed back my due date FIVE TIMES! When I finally gave them the decision, they promised to bring me half of the order. The morning of the delivery they called to say they "couldn't find my items in stock" except for the Sealey mattress. They tried to deliver the mattress only to make me pay! When I spoke to Devin, the store manager, he said "warehouse is not my job". Unbelievable. I have canceled my order and will not buy from here again. I tell everyone I know not to shop here. It was the Las Vegas spot on MLK.

I do not recommend this store. Their entire shipping system is broken. We bought a part and a fireplace. They scheduled delivery twice! They didn't call us or give us any news at all. We called them one last time and were told that one of our orders had been cancelled! They canceled it without calling, emailing or texting us. In the end, my husband went to the store himself and cleaned everything up. It's so confusing! Total waste of time!
