You have 90 days to complete the NOA requirements. Please note that there are different requirements depending on the property you are purchasing. We recommend that you do this immediately, as some requests may take days or even weeks. Don't do it at the last minute. The sooner you submit complete and correct documents, the sooner your check will be issued.
