Mouse!!!!! I would like to give this one zero stars. YOU CAN'T BE CHRISTIANIZED HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE UNLIVEABLE. We lived here for a month, ONE. & We have already encountered cockroaches and mice. I ended the lease very quickly and left immediately. Yes, it looks nice and clean when you first move in, but little do you know that mice have crawled through the little holes in the cabinets. After reading these reviews I know for sure that this is not just a problem with our building. But I can say it sucks.
The 2 bedroom home is spread over 2 floors and has a very spacious master bedroom with lots of closet space. There is good space for a 2nd bedroom. I also love that the bathroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs.
Don't move here, the central wall is very thin, you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, there is a lot of noise from the garbage through the window at night, the kids broke my car, it's very disgraceful, loud parties all night long, you can't open the window here because it's ugly. So loud kids damage the car, jump, it's scary in the bathroom, don't move here!

This is my first apartment living on my own and so far it's been great. That's $685 for a one-bedroom, plus electricity, which isn't bad. I think it's the right size for one person. Everyone is friendly, I had no problems. Now, there were a few things that made my experience interesting, but they were immediately noticeable. The maintenance staff never disappoints. The staff is very professional and always working. Very helpful at the reception, especially the receptionist. He is very nice and solves any problems immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice location and affordable rental.
My fiance and I just moved into our first apartment in Victoria Woods and overall we are very happy! There were some cosmetic things that needed to be addressed, but management was very prompt and did it right. Also, the place is very spacious and the location is perfect for daily commuting. We settle in our first house just 3 months before the wedding... And we found it !!
I actually moved to the sister location of this complex. BUT I have seen it and met the staff and the comments are amazing. The price includes extras for the pool and patio space, excluding electricity. The sister complex is a bit more expensive, but let's just say "you get what you pay for". I looked at the 1 bedroom in both places and there is a huge difference in space. This place is ideal if you are traveling alone or with your spouse. However, if you have 1 small child, the 1 bedroom in the sister position is ideal!
