The campus, which sits across the street from the Dunwoody MARTA train station, is expected to eventually have about 1.7 million square feet of office space.

The first tower, which broke ground in October 2016, includes 600,000 square feet of office space. The connection between the building and the railway station was covered in early 2017.
Last month, vertical construction was completed on Building Three, a 430,000-square-foot building adjacent to the second tower through a seven-story podium and nine-story auditorium.
All 41,000 square feet of retail space in buildings two and three are expected to come online within the next nine to 12 months, barring a hiccup.
The campus will provide parking spaces for a minimum of 8,500 employees per day, KDC senior vice president of development Alex Chambers said in a controlled email.

"These buildings are strategically prepared because of State Farm's need to have a much larger workforce than usual in the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen event to serve its planners," he added. City Giant Farm has announced plans for a regional center at the Perimeter Center, and the numbers are impressive as the project begins to encompass three towers (already).
The Dunwoody complex includes more than 1.7 million square feet of office space — significantly more than Bank of America Plaza in Midtown, the tallest building in the Southeast. It has a total of 61 stories, 46 elevators and 44 elevators. Clearing the site required about 400,000 pounds of dynamite and took 3 million man hours to build so far.
As the covid-19 pandemic continues, State Farm has not fully returned to its services. But while powerful companies like Microsoft are making big bets next to the mall's closures, construction continues on a massive loss linked to a MARTA station that could spark large-scale, transit-oriented development to come in the metro.
Alex Chambers, senior vice president of development for KDC's project developer, Urbanize, said this week that tenant improvements will continue on the third and newest 18-story, 440,000-square-foot building.

The Cooper Carey-designed project opened its first 21-story, 602,000-square-foot building in 2016, as State Firm began consolidating its presence in three new regional centers across the country. When the new coronavirus hit last year, workers began moving to complete the second tower, which is one story taller, Chambers says.
All told, the campus will house at least 8,500 workers, many of whom were sent to transit well before the Covid-19 pandemic, State Firm representatives said.

With a growing presence in the metro, City Firm aims to be a highly visible good neighbor to downtown and its potential transformation of the Gulch.
