The winning bidder must contact the facility manager to arrange payment and pick up the winning lot within 24 hours. The winning auction premium must be paid within 24 hours of the auction closing. Failure to pay within this period will result in auction failure and account suspension. Bids will start at $1, $10 or $20. You can then increase your bid amount in $10 increments or set a MAX BID of at least $20 or more than your current bid amount. Any bids placed in the last 3 minutes of the auction will cause the auction time to be extended by another 3 minutes from that time. With our standard membership, the successful bidder will be charged 15% of the buyer's premium per unit. With our Executive Membership, the winning bidder will be exempt from the $59.95 monthly buyer's commission (Anniversary style). Depending on the property, a 10% deposit may be charged to the winning bidder's credit card at the end of the auction. This amount will be deducted from the final amount of the facility. Bidders must thoroughly clean the equipment to a broom clean condition by the end of the 48-72 hour cleaning period, following facility rules and regulations. The winning bidder understands that he is entering into a binding purchase agreement. Failure to pay either party and thoroughly clean the unit will result in the suspension of the bidder's account. The facility reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time. A defaulting tenant has the legal right to correct the bill and cancel the auction. This is valid until payment is received from the winning bidder and the associated storage facility, unless state laws or facilities require otherwise. The winning bidder is responsible for the winning bid, taxes and other charges associated with their account, whether or not they claim ownership of the unit. By registering and accepting our Terms of Use, all bidders agree not to submit bids for sale via www.. If the unit sells with 0 bids or if the highest bidder and/or subsequent bidders do not pay and continue to sell, the unit will become a seller. On possession, they may dispose of the item or re-list the unit, which will be at the seller's sole discretion.
