The office staff is absolutely wonderful, a real breath of fresh air. The only pain point is that the kids throw stones everywhere and the tenants don't pick up the dog's waste. My area seems to be a favorite place for dogs. There are also bottles and cans that tenants throw in and behind the bushes in front of Building 11. I had time to throw them in the trash. It makes my area look messy and I'm anal about it. So I give it a "4".
Let me start by saying that I have lived here for almost 2 years. Nice apartment layout, easy access to Nellis and surrounding shopping centers. Maintenance on any and all repairs is done very quickly. Now for the bad: being notified of a last-minute military deployment, I gave notice as soon as I was notified, and he thoroughly cleaned my apartment from top to bottom before he left. I informed the front office and management that I would be paying my rent later than usual, but they stopped me and threatened me with an eviction notice despite notifying me. It's been two months since I left and I'm still being billed for water and cleaning. HIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Everything I've ever rented, I've never had the headache of breaking a lease due to having to carry out and move out. The rental history has always been called phenomenal. I even called the management company and spoke to someone who told me a representative would get back to me as soon as possible but they called the main office instead. If I call the management company to make an informal complaint, why do I go back to the front office? I just wanted to share my horrible experience with this place. I would rather stay at Eagle Trace than rent from this company again.
The complex is beautiful, the amenities are great and they are spacious. The good stuff stops there. After we moved in, we couldn't tell that our apartment was a HIPO! Food and crumbs on the carpet, hand and foot prints in every bathroom, stains and grease in the kitchen - it was as if their cleaning crew had never gone after the last tenant. No grace period on rentals, theft happens ALL THE TIME! You can see the windows on the lower floors where the frames are bent from the burglary. Not worth the money, very sad.

The property/unit in person is the same as the photos. So far so quiet and clean. I just moved. Please call 2-3 business days before your arrival to make sure you have set up electric (no appointment necessary) and gas (technology must be turned off, but this can be scheduled online). Your gas mains are hot water, dryer, stove/oven and heat. Electricity is everything (ie lights/sockets). Ask for cable/wifi delivery or you will have to wait 30 minutes to get to them. Choose a balcony facing N/N/N as it will get the most shade. There is no need to buy a lamp, because there are many. 1.5 blocks if that from CVS and fast food. The service responds quickly.
I have lived here for 6 months and last week my sister was robbed at gunpoint in front of my apartment. I spoke to management about breaking the lease and they told me if I wanted to break the lease I would have to pay for it. During the time I lived here, they didn't install any outside lights, and they also made the security halls in front of the compound so dark that they barely walked around to patrol. I am a single mother of 3 children and I don't feel safe here anymore. I can't sleep in fear and it's sad to see that this complex only cares about money. I should have read the reviews on the leasing website.
Nice apartment. The only catch is that there is no grace period, so if rent is not paid by the office closing time on the 1st, a $70 late fee will be added on the 2nd of the month and every 10th day thereafter. So if you need a third, don't bother. It will cost you dearly.
We love our apartment complex because it is so quiet and private. The houses in this area are very nice and very child friendly. My only complaint is the management. My husband lost his job before our son was born and they charge $70 for each delay and $10 after that. We tried to talk to management and see if they would let us pay after a week, they said no. You'd think a manager would be more sympathetic to someone who just had a baby and lost a job, but quickly gets another and pays the rent a week later. They are very quick to kick you out. Also, when we moved here we thought the rent was $750, turns out we paid more for water and trash, pest control, website fee, cable paid ... so we paid more than $880 every month. They don't tell you when you moved
