Store owner David Lee said even though he sells most of his branded items at low prices, business is slower than ever.

He said now, he has half the products he used to have on his display floor and the number of customers coming to the store has decreased.

"The supply side is a little slower when things go into the hotel side," Lee said. "Everybody is feeling the peak of the economy right now."
Bar stools, works of art, TVs, gaming tables can be seen in the warehouse, all from different hotels and casinos - all marked at half price.
"Monte Carlo, we've done furniture from the Palazzo, we've done the Venetian, we've done a few non-plays like the Hampton Inn and the Cannery."
Lee said he works with local contractors and hotels to find out when they move out their furniture.

"We will look at each room, take pictures of the furniture and then evaluate, is it really high, is it good, is it really hit or do we need it," said Lee.
"If we're doing something in a hotel, we might have 200 things in common," Lee said. "If we do something in a global market center, generally only one."

Ashley Furniture is the worst. I bought furniture for 10 thousand dollars with a delivery date of one month. $1K down payment, no future payments until delivery. They pushed my delivery date back five times! I finally gave them the last chance, they promised to give me half of my order. On the morning of delivery, they called saying "they didn't receive my item". God is in the storage room," except for Sealey's sleep. They only tried to give me a mattress to renew my payment! When I spoke to the store manager, Devin, he said "warehouse is not my business." Unbelievable. I have canceled my order and will never shop here again. I do not recommend this store. Their delivery system is completely complicated. We bought the premises and the facility. They are preparing for double delivery! They never called or updated us at all. We called them one last time and were told our order had been cancelled! They deleted it without the courtesy of calling, emailing or texting us. Finally my husband went to the store himself and canceled everything. Sad! Total waste of time!
I purchased the part in early May and have not received any updates from the ashley store team. I called and had to wait 45 minutes only to be told that the sofa might not arrive until the end of July. On the floor. Really!!! I understand that delays can happen, but what is totally unacceptable is that I have received ZERO updates from ashley. The only reason I have the idea that bedtime is "possible" is because I have to keep up. Communication is important and free, but Ashley can't give customers thousands of dollars of theirs.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I just moved to a new house, I went in on May 2, 2021 (Saturday) the store had 50% off everything, the salesman told me that the sale will last until Monday if I need anything. To do that before. This is a lie. They still have the same ad a month later. I ended up ordering the part on May 2nd with the promise that I wouldn't get it after May 28th but it could be sooner. The 28th of May arrived and I didn't get an update on my furniture so I called them and they said they didn't receive my order so I had to leave.
