After three years working in the Air Force, Dr. McClaren, his wife, Nona, and one-year-old daughter, Dakota, returned to Cape Coral. “I really enjoyed my time in the Air Force. Aloha! I grew up in Hawaii and discovered my love for dentistry in 1975. Over the years I have become familiar with many aspects of dentistry, and have seen many advances in procedures and tools used in patient care. I came to South Florida in 1988 and have always had a desire to help patients maintain and improve their oral health by providing dental care and sharing my knowledge with them to achieve that goal. I enjoy helping others in need with mechanical work and training, I enjoy golf, cooking and have been a dog breeder for the past 30 years.

I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Cape Coral. I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish. I have worked in dentistry for 18 years and have extensive experience. I started as a dental hygienist, and in 2011 I became a certified dental assistant with expanded duties. Now, working as a Financial/Insurance Consultant, I love working with patients and strive for perfection and excellent customer service. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, crocheting and reading.
