The Nevada Gaming Control Board has filed a complaint against Boyd Gaming Corp. properties in Las Vegas' Fremont Center over a botched investigation in which a woman was held for 90 minutes for something she failed to do.
The Nevada Game Commission will be considering disciplinary action against the property on Thursday over the incident, which occurred just after midnight Nov. 24.
