Reception staff is very nice, but the room, especially the bathroom, could do with a renovation. Close enough to restaurants and casinos to walk, about 2 blocks from the strip. Ask to wake up at 320 hours and the phone rings at 245 hours

I booked a room for a conference in October 2021. Unfortunately, I ended up with stomach problems and the conference coordinator advised anyone who was sick not to attend the conference. I complied and contacted the hotel to speak to the manager about a refund. The hotel staff and assistant manager were the absolute worst to ever deal with. They are rude and unhelpful. They have no incorrect refund policy. Because of the situation we are all in around the world, they did not make any concessions in refunding my money. I called 5 days in a row and was told the manager would be the next day. When they finally sent me to his voicemail, I couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. I tried again in a couple of weeks and was met again with rude staff. I was finally able to leave a message with the manager and he still hasn't called me back four months later. DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!!!
The staff are nice and very approachable. But the place is terrible! ! *** Checked in at 14:00 received all the keys! Then we headed to our room, the keys did not work. We went back to reception and were told we have to wait a few minutes for the key to work. (We waited more than 30 minutes) *** We have 3 rooms (2 connected and one separate from the other rooms), the doors of the connected rooms don't even have a handle. *** the shower is disgusting. *** the bedside table/wardrobe has a big hole. *** we also noticed bugs

This hotel has been rebranded from Fortune Hotel & Suites. It's located near a strip club that was on Bar Rescue, which should give you the impression of staying away. My first hotel room key didn't work. The hallways smell of weeds and bad decisions. Peeling paint on the walls and doors leading to rooms that have seen better days. I have already dealt with motels and since I was on a Saturday this was the best price I could find under $100. Plus, I thought that as a Diamond member I could get an upgrade to one of the suites have No improvement and my second room had dried blood stains on the carpet in the loud fridge. Since I was only here to sleep, everything else was smooth sailing until a week later when I checked out. I noticed my deposit was not refunded and when I asked I was told it was due to smoking in the room. I am a non smoker and this irritates me so I would like to speak to a manager named LeeAnn. Of course I can't reach him on the phone and the staff won't give him an email or hotline. I'm still fighting to get the $130 fraudulent smoking fee off my bill weeks later. There are many other places to stay in Las Vegas and to say this hotel is the Strip is quite a stretch. It is more than 1 mile away, so a 15-30 minute walk from the actual Las Vegas Blvd.

The Fourth of July weekend and the reopening of the Covid caused other hotel prices to drop. Fortunately (or not,) I had enough points for 'points + cash'. This bad place had the audacity to sneak in a $10 resort fee! It is not a resort. I paid $48 + 6000 points per night. I stayed there Friday 7/2, 7/3, 7/4 and checked out the morning of 7/5/21. The hotel select program allowed me to get a one bedroom suite for full price. My complaints: no garage. My car was in the sun all the time and it was very hot. I was put in building #2. They have a total of 3 buildings. Building #1 has a lobby with one left ice machine on the 3rd floor. Buildings #2 and #3 were connected by a heated outdoor walkway on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is a very hot elevator in the middle of the walkway that serves both buildings #2 and #3. The hallway in my building #2 was hot on day 1 and very hot on days 2 and 3. Someone opened the door to the stairwell with a towel. I really hate having to walk in a hot indoor corridor. The living room / entrance to the suite has NEVER been cold to my satisfaction! Luckily this suite had 2 ACs. Separate AC for the bedroom was great. The only problem was that the room had an old fashioned tube TV, yuk. At check-in, the woman placed a paper parking ticket on the dashboard of my car. He gave only 1 day and I had 3 days. I told him about it and he wrote me another in just two days! I told him about it again. He wrote past the date to accept it and I am not happy to accept it. Moments later he decided to write me a new readable parking pass for a 3 day stay. It made me very suspicious when my room key didn't work in the middle of the afternoon on the second day. I'm still convinced he made me a key for just one night. It happened when I was carrying a lot of food in those plastic bags. I had to walk all the way from building #2 to the lobby of building #1 to get another key. FINAL NOTE: the suite was great; separate room. beautiful TV 46" in the living room. Actually the place was very dated, but I could handle it except for the complaints above. The overall environment was busy. It was very difficult to feel like I was on vacation. I walked in the Tuscany suite and sneaked into the pools and used the sports tables.
