Here are five restaurants to try at the Galleria at Sunset this weekend, from a wholesome Greek coffee shop to a brewery with more than 40 beers on tap.

Sometimes during the day when you shop till you don't, it takes a little bit of all you can eat. Gen Korean BBQ offers a stylish restaurant with a grill at every table. Visitors can sip on soju (a Korean rice drink) and choose from a selection of meats such as marinated pork belly, sweet and sour beef and spicy octopus.
Pizza, Mexican, Cajun Spots Join Henderson Food Scene
The words "commercial food court" may conjure up images of greasy fries and soggy pizza, but Kyklos Greek Cafe doesn't offer a typical food court menu. Opened by three brothers with experience working in restaurants on the Strip, the quick-service restaurant serves healthy food made with fresh ingredients. Tabbouleh salads, gyros, spanokapita and souvlaki are on the menu.
Tom Yum Thai Kitchen offers boba drinks that rival even the most indulgent milkshakes. Users can choose from fruity flavors, including taro, honeydew, and acai, or choose mixed versions made with ingredients like Oreos, Nutella, and peanut butter. Thai cuisine is also on the menu at this casual spot, including lumpia, tom yum goon and vegan curries.
The dessert bar at Sticks & Shakes offers milkshakes, gelato or sorbet on a stick, frozen fruit on a stick and other fun treats. Diners can combine American and British candies with toppings to create a hand-crafted milkshake, or choose from a selection of favorites such as the 24K Strawberry Milkshake, Lindt Truffles and 24K Gold Dust.
Beer lovers looking for the ultimate gastropub experience should look no further than World of Beer. The Henderson favorite offers at least 500 beers, 41 of which are on tap. The pub's menu offers beer to go with items like German pretzels, beer-brined chicken sliders and Tuscan hummus. The heartier menu includes IPA-glazed salmon, beer-battered cod with coleslaw and pork schnitzel with crispy sage.
Galleria At Sunset Now Has Nevada's First Bravo Cucina Italiana
A day before its Las Strip rooftop bar was set to open, Brewdog lost its certification as an ethical corporation B. Larsen's Grill, the steak and seafood restaurant at the Galleria at Sunset, closed. The restaurant, which made its first venture outside of California in 2015, served seafood and familiar steakhouse fare, as well as a signature dry-aged meat slow-roasted at 500 degrees.
The restaurant was part of a $24.1 million, 30,000-square-foot expansion of the mall that included an outdoor plaza, a new entrance, valet service and six new restaurants. Bravo Cucina Italiana opened around the same time in the mall.
Meanwhile, Bobby Mao's Chinese Kitchen and Mexican Canteen plan to occupy a 7,000-square-foot space at Red Robin.
Owners Bobby and Tina Mao already have Bobby Mao's Chinese Cuisine in Palm Desert, Calif., in the Westfield Mall. There, the menu includes Asian sliders and paninis with flavors like Mongolian beef, Szechuan chicken and Asian barbecue pork. Crispy Wonton Tacos and Soft Asian Tacos feature Moo Shu Pork and Kung Pao Chicken, while Asian Hot Pockets are filled with two hot scallion pancakes like Teriyaki Chicken. Lo Mein Noodles, Garlic Soy Glazed Chicken Wings, Shanghai Rice Cakes, Spring Rolls, Honey BBQ Ribs, Fried Rice and Coconut Shrimp round out the menu. Vegetarian dishes include broccoli tofu, kung ao tofu, bok choy and string beans.
