Pennsylvania Concealed Carry Gun Laws
To obtain a gun license in Pennsylvania, you must apply and meet certain requirements. To apply for a CCW permit, you must download the online application form, obtain two personal references (no family members) and bring the completed application with your driver's license or ID to your local sheriff's office. You should wait approximately 45 days to receive notification of your approval or denial. If approved, you will receive your license/permit from the Sheriff's Office. Pa Adds Two States To Conceal Carry Reciprocity Agreement
In many "constitutional mandate" states, licenses will be issued upon application and fulfillment of requirements for admission purposes (hidden in another state) or for other reasons. If a state is marked "unauthorized" and "residents only," the state will issue a residence permit only to you, but you are not a resident and can apply without a permit.
We do not track concealed weapons that allow one to the other (possibility of placing in a state other than the place of residence). Thus, some non-residents can hide in the state that issued the residence permit, but that state does not require a Permit. We also don't temporarily monitor each other's licenses.
You are not a valid resident of another state, an active duty member of the military stationed in Mississippi, or a retired law enforcement officer establishing a residence in the state.

Adults who have resided for at least 30 days and are not prohibited by state or federal law from possessing a firearm, as well as nonresidents with a valid resident permit, have a concealed carry permit from a state that North Dakota honors.
