If I couldn't give stars, I would. I have been here since 06/17/2022, this is the worst experience ever. The door to my children's room doesn't close, when it looks like it's painted white, my stove barely works, I can only use the two smallest ones to cook, the cabinets look like they're going to fall apart. My bedroom, living room and bathroom were flooded due to a sewer problem in the maintenance apartment, it took forever to see and the water didn't come out, I had to use all the blankets and towels to get up (like a flood. ). Sewage flowed outside, and excrement was on the ground and in people's bathtubs. ) I have 3 children under 5 years old. My air conditioner has not worked since I have been here, they have come 4 times to fix the hack and it still doesn't work. cockroaches are crawling on the ground outside from apartment to apartment and it just looks like a mess. My apartment smells like strong chemicals, they say from the apartment next to the stairs that they just painted and they won't do anything about it. By the way, the smell of your paint won't waft through vents or nasty walls if your 2, 3, and 5-year-olds are coughing like crazy because they can't breathe. I suggest you find somewhere else to spend your money every month because summer is not the place. I just moved to Oklahoma from Georgia and need a place to stay. But trust me that's the only reason and I really regret giving money to these people. RUN!! RUN!!! & Run away from this place (updated when only the sewage almost flooded the floor ??????? My toilet is the same it took me 2 hours to find a phone number and 2 hours for them to come fix it when I Called I contacted him through the whole complex and the next day the maintenance guy called me why I called his supervisor) the worst place ever

Shooting every day, unable to keep the office boss, full of drug users and dealers including a man who died in the apartment down the stairs from us because his wife was high on taking him to the hospital when he was sick... Fall two caused me to lash out at him - that person, I followed the proper paperwork to keep the rent for someone to stay and to tell them not to fix it, the manager went to the apartment without notice and left the door open! After getting a court date for the eviction despite showing all my evidence, the judge always spoke for the good, and ruled the case.... THE DAY AFTER COURT STEPS WE FIXED!
