JPMorgan along with 10 other companies in 2011 established a mission of 100,000 jobs by 2020. hire 100,000 veterans. Now the collective owns more than 133 companies, which have already rented more than 117,000 Vitas. The group has expanded its target to recruit a total of 200,000 former vets.
In addition to hiring ex-military professionals, JPMorgan ( JPM ) has developed programs to train these employees in their businesses. The corporate investment bank launched an eight-week veteran internship program, at the end of which the bank hired all 18 veteran interns. The company considers this type of training program a core practice for recruiting US veterinarians.
Disney ( DIS ) launched its Heroes Work Here program in 2012. in March, with the aim of achieving by 2015 hire at least 1,000 ex-servicemen. In the first year, the company exceeded this goal and expanded its hiring to 2 employees. 000 veterans by next year.

The consulting firm runs support groups for military spouses and helped launch MilSpouse, an online mentoring program, earning praise from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. It launched the Help a Hero Get a Job program, which, according to its website, “is an annual nationwide event that connects transitioning veterans with Google mentors, partnering with American students and Iraq and Afghanistan veterans.

Giants are more than just their profession, and apparently Google knows it. The program connects veterans with mentors and workshops in person and via Google Hangout. In addition, the counselor helps the veteran create a resume, guide the interview, and find the right career path.
Microsoft was one of the first companies to offer free training services to veterans and their families.
According to its website, the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA) "provides the veteran community with critical career skills needed in today's growing technology industry." In addition to MSSA, Microsoft also offers training for couples through its Spouse Technology Academy.
The Cisco training program began in 1997. and continues to support struggling veterans with training and career resources. According to its website, Cisco Networking Academy has helped more than 87,000 employees across 31 facilities improve their technical skills and find rewarding careers.
