Overall, this complex has its pros and cons and my goal in this review is just to inform anyone who is considering it. Pros: The amenities are good, the pool is nice, the gym is well equipped, the location is great if you're a big fan of Desert Ridge (even if you're not, you become one), and it's big. to praise conservation. Even in the difficult times of Covid they managed to come out and fix everything they could! If you know you can rely on maintenance, it's a good thing in the rough. It honestly sucks when it comes to customer service, unfortunately. Everyone there was nice, however, I felt like the whole time I was there I was struggling to get something fixed and the technology was not good. From small things like picking up mail, they are quick to evict and there is no support to help residents. It's like you're on your own. On major issues like noise complaints that took months of trying to resolve. He just felt that whatever you bring and ask for help, they refuse or that's what he said, he said type of situation. My noise complaint case took 4 months to resolve and was resolved where all my reports for 4 months were resolved with a late night call to the police and evidence of the incident was filed. This thing leaves residents feeling helpless, in my opinion. Although it may seem counterintuitive from this review, I tend to shy away from ever complaining about anything. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and be patient. However, I have been proven wrong time and time again. The summary of my review is that if you have no problems this place will be perfect for you and you will enjoy it! It is beautiful, clean and tidy and offers a good social life. When problems arise, I cannot confidently say that I am there to support or help you. I know there are rules and regulations that must be followed. I didn't feel like it was difficult to help them take care of their tenants and living in such a place makes me unhappy. I hope the situation is different for others and I hope they feel supported! 🙂

DO NOT GO HERE! Coming from someone who has lived here for over 5 years, read this review. Construction - there are 360 ​​buildings around the whole area, creating a lot of noise and an unsafe amount of garbage and waste. The wilderness behind the property advertised to many as a Reservation... Not the story. This project will not be completed until the end of 2021. Property management does NOTHING to FIX IT. It does not even allow us to break the contract because of this unsafe environment.
Disgusting, dirty, cheating. Lies about their properties. The pool is not as warm as they say. They don't fix things when they break into an apartment. Dog poo everywhere, it's like dog pee.
The facilities are good enough, not amazing but enough. The gym is not well equipped but serves its purpose. The neighbors are mostly quiet. Management is relaxed and professional most of the time, except for calls about being fined for leaving smelly garbage before the time it's time to dispose of the garbage. First, there was no update to the email we received that the trash pick up time was moved to a later time after parking. In the email, it says "please make sure you have your rubbish bagged, securely tied and in the bin outside the door by 4.30pm for collection to start at 5pm". This means that any time before 4:30pm is fine to take out your trash. However, I got a call saying that they were going to let us go this time because we left smelly trash (clearly smelly trash) and that there would be a $25 fine next time. That is not appreciated at all. We understand and appreciate the importance of keeping the living room clean and odor free, but the warning of a possible fine next time is not appreciated. Other than that, no problems so far.
My girlfriend and I were amazed from the moment they showed us the model floor plans and the view we get from the apartment we live in. The complex also offers a resort-style pool and fitness center, which is a great addition! They are new and there are a few less, which is good. It also seems to be in a convenient location for our lifestyle, with the Scottsdale community minutes away and Desert Ridge Market down the street. Now that I've gotten the good parts out of the way, I want to share the bad. When we first moved in the customer service reps were professional and seemed very nice, we couldn't get in right away but we were treated well and got a special upgrade, unfortunately I couldn't get through to anyone via phone and had to talk all the time. via email seemed to make things worse, the reps here seem to know very little about payment systems, infrastructure and security systems. Our keys don't work half the time with any of the surrounding access points and there is very little follow up on tenant concerns. Everything has to be done through an external company that provides online portal services, and for anyone who needs quick answers, this can be daunting.
