We let COIT clean our sofas and carpets. Terrible work for sure! I will not recommend COIT to anyone! Even if they ripped off our couch. (let it have gray and yellow spots all over it) to the point where our couch had to be reupholstered. The owner refused to reimburse us for the cost and he did not even make an insurance claim. The owner avoids and refuses to receive any calls from us and escapes all responsibility. I would never recommend a COIT franchise at this point, especially a franchise operated by this owner.

I removed the coit d'valance in the living room to clean it. The seller who picked them up told me when they would come back and reinstall them. Days came and went, my return from valances was delayed and rescheduled 6 times, which means I got 2 hour windows 6 times, for a total of 12 hours wasted waiting. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. The only good thing is that they call me every time at the end of the 2 hour window to let me know that the installation will not happen as promised. They also deducted $35 from my final bill. I think my time is only $3 an hour for them. They over promised and clearly under performed customer service. I will never use coit again.
