CSI Companies announced on July 23 that it will relocate and expand its headquarters to The Point at Gate Parkway at 7720 Baimeadows Road E.
CSI is a national staffing company with approximately 130 employees in Jacksonville now located at 9995 Gate Parkway N., about 6 miles north of the new location.
"We have outgrown our current building and since this is our national headquarters, we are looking for a place for the next 10+ years," Chief Operating Officer Chris Flakus said in an email.

"Jacksonville is CSI's national headquarters, and we wanted to make a statement about our commitment to the employees and the city," Flakus said in November.
Flakus thanked the contractor, Marand Builders Inc.; interior designer Connie Turner Interiors Inc.; landscape designer Ross Garden Design; Brad Christchils, principal and Jacksonville manager of Foundry Commercial, who represented CSI in the site search; and others involved in the project.
Flakus said the business began 18 months ago when he and his wife shared an airline landlord with Mike and Elaine Ashourian, owners of Ash Properties.
The building received a building permit from the city in 2018. It was rented and then built for CSI.
