I take this opportunity to thank TAU and fellow textiles for helping me on this journey. My experience at TAU is new and great. TAU and my life in Guyana prepared me as a doctor and as a good person.

Whenever I think about pre-clinical, the first person that comes to my mind is Prof. Ganesh Elumalai, who laid a solid foundation in embryology and anatomy skills. I thank Prof. Aminuddin who has been a well-wisher and guided me during my medical degree.
My experiences during clinical rotations have been great. I am doing a clinical rotation at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) in Guyana. At GPHC, TAU doctoral professors strengthened me in my clinical fundamentals, and I acquired sufficient knowledge which helped me complete my medical degree and explain FMGE. The skills I acquired during my tenure at TAU and GPHC helped me a lot during my FMGE preparation in a short span of time. I personally thank Dr. Rozan (O/G), Dr. Zenelia (Psychiatrist), and Dr. Baldeo (Medicine) who motivated me during my clinical rotation at GPHC.
Apart from the curriculum, we have a gym and cricket which became my stress test during my tough times. I miss playing Texila Premier League.
Sincere thanks to TAU for everything, without which I would not have realized my dream of becoming a doctor.

Education students returning from war-torn Ukraine must complete foreign education degrees if they wish to pursue medicine in India, a senior official at the National Education Coission (NC), the country's governing body for education, told ET. .
"Rules are rules and must be followed by everyone," said Kuar. "Students working in the world of medicine in China have also been affected by Covid-19. They are no exception, so why give it to some other students.”
Kuar said that the NC was not considering any rule changes from now on, as the Ukraine conflict would not last forever. "They have to pass overseas education if they want to practice medicine in India," said Kuar.
