Very unprofessional management and when we left they overcharged us. Their staff was so unprofessional and we have to ask so long for services. They keep telling us that we are understaffed.
I've lived here for 2 years and I really like it. Quiet, friendly neighbors, friendly office staff and an excellent caretaker. I have never had a problem with bugs like in the previous post, but we are very clean people. Anyone who has a bug problem probably has dirty neighbors or a dirty apartment. Period.

I have lived here for three years and have no complaints. The territory is quiet, clean and well maintained. Tenants with dogs are very good at cleaning up after their pets! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to service calls and get things right the first time. The management is excellent, and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for an affordable and very cool place to live, I recommend Arroyo Grande!
