I went there because I washed my truck by hand. when it was over, there was smoke everywhere. the windows are in worse shape than the ones I brought. It has traces of erasure/smearing. When I got home I had to wipe it off again and redo the window. It takes a while to wash because they seem busy, so I don't want to wait to do it again
I've been to this place 14 times to be exact (I can tell by my punch card). They usually do good cleaning at a reasonable price. Yesterday I went to wash my car and realized I left my ipad in the car. At that time, my car was already behind the building to drive through. I took the car back, left and found the iPad gone 5 minutes after I left. I tracked them back to their location by finding my iPad app, when I went back and started tracking them the device went into inaccessible mode. I called the police to file a police report, but the manager refused to look at the camera. Since then, neither the manager nor the other owners have called to apologize or acknowledge the situation. I understand that the iPad disappeared as soon as it became unavailable. I am disappointed with the way management handled the situation. Henderson police told me they are sure the device was brought there, but they can't do anything because management claims it's not secure and can only be accessed by certain people.

The only place to go I've been going to this car wash since it opened. This place has a great indoor shop/waiting area with air conditioning, drinks and food for purchase, as well as a great store full of fun things to buy. They have great customer service, they remember me every time I come and I always leave my car perfectly clean. I definitely recommend!
I have been to this laundromat many times, they treat me like family. Always a great experience and they always take good care of my car. A great place to take your car for a clean wash.

I went to 7 Hills Car Wash shortly after it opened. For $12.95 you get a really nice hand wash and dry. They did more work on the tires than I expected. The price recently went up to $15.95, so we'll see if the quality is the same or better. The staff are really busy and sometimes if they slip up and miss something, we politely ask them to handle it and they are very accommodating to any requests. I've been there about 2 times and never had a problem or disappointment. I seriously doubt that a business owner - in today's world - would call a customer a racist name, thinking they could get away with it. I doubt the authenticity of the post. I hope you take your chance to form your own opinion. We love the care given to each of our vehicles at this business and for the $3.00 price increase we will not be back often but we will be back.
I have visited 7 Hills Hand Car Wash twice - once last week and this morning. The first time I went I was disappointed that they didn't bother to clean the mud off the bottom edge of my truck. I'm not complaining. Any business can have the occasional "off day". I came back this morning. They had my truck ready in less than half the time it would take to wash any other car in town. I was surprised to see dead bugs still littering the hood and fenders. The management of this organization does not unambiguously apply work ethics to its employees. I've done much better on my car with the quick exterior process they did at Terrible Herbst. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere!
