I currently live in this roach infested building. It has been two months without the hot air from the refrigerator and air conditioner. I've contacted management but they won't do anything. This place is for sale with pictures. Sign your name on the dotted line and say sorry. To move out, you must pay three months' rent, not including the month you are in. This is a big money game. I hope I'm exaggerating.

Let me start by saying this staff is simply amazing! I moved into my new place and all I can say is I will never move! I want to thank the entire staff for making the move so easy...coming to Virginia, you are amazing! Lumina is my forever home!

They are priceless. In winter, the studio gets as hot as 80 degrees without air conditioning. 2 dog parks. One is always bound and unable to use it. More on weekends. They said the pool was never clean so they turned us away. They paid more than $100 for each new lease. look elsewhere.

When we moved into the apartment it wasn't complete. The fridge didn't work, the washing machine didn't work, the bathroom fan wouldn't turn, half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, the air conditioner leaked, and other issues. We've gotten it so many times, it took them three months to fix half of it. The refrigerator was made before, and we haven't got it for five days. We've asked for a rent reduction since we signed our lease, trusting that our apartment will be finished. They say yes, but they don't really do it. It took them over a month to fix our bathroom sink which was terrible. Our air conditioner came out and when you turned it on the inside was covered in mold. We reported that the lights in our living room were burnt out, we later got a message that it was fixed and no problem, which meant they weren't showing properly. They recently replaced the shower heads and screwed them too tight and now our shower is leaking and we can't even hold our heads up. Not to forget the constant screams, sirens, gunshots and cockroaches you encounter every day. Will never recommend this place.

How do pet fees exceed the deposit? The funny thing is they always ask for other people's money and all they do is take it.

The management is terrible the maintenance of the building is disgusting it always smells like urine and smoke in the stairwells this is supposed to be a gated community the doors are open every day this complex has a lot of homeless people my dog has Never had fleas but when he visited this apartment he had fleas which was not experienced due to the management of the huge cockroach and bedbug infestation
