Carlisle is a great place...the condos are nice, the grounds are nice, the problem is the HOA. It's not really the HOA so much as just the new in charge...Elizabeth. We had a great person before Elizabeth ran the show. So... let me start by saying I'm not a problem solver, I always pay my rent before it's due and have never had a problem in the last 40 years of renting in several different places. I was so happy to move to Las Vegas, move into my condo and start a new chapter in my life. He may not understand what the manager and/or director of the HOA is responsible for...but I highly doubt it because I have a condo in a very upscale community on the east coast. My work has taken me to many different places, many different parts... and now to Las Vegas. One would think that an HOA Director/Manager would have excellent customer service skills...Elizabeth does not; have excellent oral and written communication skills...Elizabeth no; have a level of expertise that the owner would want to represent them...Elizabeth is the worst...I would be horrified to find out she was in charge of my HOA on the east coast; Apart from 200 houses... I visited around 100 houses and talked to people... It seems that there is a negative attitude towards property and this attitude is increasing since this lady has been in charge. Elizabeth is one of those power hungry people, she wants to be in power and she thinks she is in power. What you're forgetting... without us tenants... I wouldn't have a job. TENANTS - BEWARE OF THE CUT!!! ALWAYS THIS HOUSE WITH HOA YOU WILL HATE LIFE IN CARLISLE
When I entered the complex, I searched the administration office without success. After 10 minutes and dozens of calls, a woman named Marina answered and said that they would go out. While I was waiting, I called and Mariña came. I gave him "1 minute" when he didn't understand me and left. In a flash he was gone and a maintenance man showed me to the management office around the corner from the front door. Marina was nowhere to be found and another gentleman informed me that she would not be back for another hour. Yes, fast. The complex may be strange, but I will never understand. With such stupid management and people who never answer the phone, I don't know why anyone would want to live here. What happens when there is a serious problem that needs to be addressed? Good luck!
Although it is in Las Vegas, it is very quiet here in Carlisle. Beautiful Red Rock Canyon behind us and a perfect view of the range. The view is beautiful and with the trees around you you don't feel like you are in a fast city. The pool is like a tropical oasis in the desert.
