I have lived here for eight years and the maintenance and beauty of our building is going to the trash. The service is very poor. The pool is only open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pool is not open since 2018. The hallway carpet is dirty. We are told it will be replaced by new taxes, which we doubt. The staff is not on top of their work. We have been waiting for a year for minor maintenance of our apartment. I recommended against moving here if you can help it. Escape from leaving this building.
At no point during the tour was it mentioned that the pool is only available from 9-5 m. Any issues that may arise, 2nd and 3rd floor hallways and living rooms have not seen a vacuum since 2003, 1st floor has had a new floor installed which receives very little attention, property photos are very misleading. There is no beauty salon on site
