Earlier this year was when people started Bring your pets (mostly dogs) to the Petworks location (located at 3101 E. Stone Drive in Kingsport).
Petworks currently has about 90 dogs and over 140 cats. As sad as it is to hear about animals being returned to shelters, now is a great time to adopt one.
