I entered into a new Colorado lease on 12/10/2022. I am beautiful with Sam Flores. He showed me a gray pickup truck. I asked him if they had more trucks on the lot. He said it was the only one. I went back to the dealer on 12/13/2022 and found another 14 trucks, same price but with more equipment. I should have released something else. Really shocked!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I am a customer at the Findlay Chevrolet dealership in Las Vegas Nevada. No more. I have a truck that is special to me and I have loved it since I got it. This is a SEMA Show truck and because of that I tried to get it to the best mechanic I could find. After doing some research I thought I could trust Findlay with my car, that was a mistake. I made an appointment and was surprised when they told me they could come to me the next day, which was June 18, 2021, unlike the Chevy dealer in Saint George Utah who said they would wait two weeks but could come. I am on the 2nd of July. I have a recent work trip and need my car sooner rather than later, this is a big reason for me, and I am very happy with the service provided by the dealer a month ago. That's why I chose the Findlay dealership. First of all, the total bill discussed on the phone with Heather was in the amount of $7,500.00. This figure includes the following. - Check and fix the pipe leaking from the radiator. -Replaced another hose coming out of the radiator (suggested by Heather) -Tire sensor light. - Replace the transmitter that fell into the gas tank - Replace the wiring to open the driver's side door inside. - Changing the door panels inside the passenger and driver's side. - Replacement of door knobs and door covers. I was patient and after 3 weeks called Don the representative who accepted Heather in July. 6 of 2021, I am calling because I have been asked to leave for work again and am not comfortable leaving my car at the dealer. He said he would work to get my car back as soon as possible. I just want to remind you that at this point, the seller has 3 weeks to complete up to a few days of work. I came to pick up the car and after getting my keys I quickly noticed that the driver's side window switch was not installed correctly. I also noticed that the tire sensor was not replaced, as evidenced by my dashboard telling me that there is a faulty tire sensor. I went in and spoke to Danny Pacheco and took his card from him and he assured me that they would do it right, but that the person he wanted to talk to was home for the day and he would fix it in the morning. After checking the list further I found that they deleted the value. Charges for tire sensors, and do not replace the hose that was initially recommended to replace (but of course without reducing the price individually.) I sent him an email, however, warning about all problems and never received an email back. I waited several days politely for an answer and got no response. So I emailed Heather and Danny in seconds, a joint email that both employees received. Still no answer. I left a voice message and still no answer. This dealership is a nightmare. Actually it happened more than a year and a half ago, and I only mentioned it now due to the fact that I work away from home, and I am always on the road. In the end I had to stop to solve this dishonest act and kill God to make sure people knew. This is not what reputable and honest companies do. Again, the doors were not repaired properly, the radiators were not replaced where they stated they would be replaced, and the tire sensors were not replaced. (I should add that they told me it would be $300 cheaper when I picked up the truck.) I'm over the moon. Later, after checking the car and list, I found that half the work was not
