In the summer of 2022, I started getting quotes for replacement windows. I contacted Pella, Renewal By Anderson, and The Chicago Window Guys. All were close in price, but - how they refinished the interior oak work to match my existing trim ranged from low to none - and ALL are $$$$. It will give one oak, but it is not finished, so leave me alone. I almost gave up on choosing one and then... suddenly I saw the chosen door and window!!! After visiting the showroom and learning that not only do they have great windows, they have what they call a "Trim-In-Time" system which is a custom interior trim system for your "windows". They can provide a variety of beautifully crafted wooden as well as pre-made white ornaments. When they leave - you have a fully finished window, as you said - exterior and interior. The sales rep (Rick) was friendly, knowledgeable and never "pressured" me. I made my choice a few days later and purchased 13 replacement windows. On installation day, 8 teams started promptly at 7:30 and finished at 2:30. All crew members were very kind and professional and they thoroughly cleaned and removed the 30+ year old Anderson bags. Everyone I interacted with was amazing - shout out to "Kami" on the schedule - she was a pleasure to work with!! I have spent many years in sales and customer service and the team at PW&D's is world class and what every company should strive for and - they deliver products to match!! You can't go wrong!!
