Help Of Southern Nevada Las Vegas Nv - HELP The Shannon West Homeless Youth Center in Southern Nevada is a 166-bed shelter for at-risk youth who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The center helps residents become self-sufficient by offering training in further education, employment, social and life skills. we formed a committee, the Shannon West Homeless Center Committee (SWHYC), to focus on our partnership with the Centre. Our SWHYC committee plans several events at the center each month, including:
