We did a comparison recently! Generally for all students these are some options. Personally, if I were you, I'd stick with DBS VISA Debit for 5-10% cashback on cashless transactions (as of September 2018)
For the CITI Clear card it's really not worth it haha. I also got it when I was a student last time.
Even the latest one. Don't make this mistake like me, because I also got CLEAR card and resigned, now that I started working, I no longer count as NEW MEMBER IN CITI. This means I don't get extra cash vouchers when I sign up for a proper card with CITI 🙂
