We just got back from a wedding at the vineyards and we all stayed at the hotel (Over 125 guests). The overall rating is poor due to the following: -Many guests waiting to check in until 10pm -12 broken vehicles with broken windows. No one driving around or even bothering to come to the property. To make matters worse, some employees even said this happened a few times. There are no repair services. Everyone drove home with cardboard taped over the opening. -No pool - still blame it on COVID -No juice machine for breakfast. Royal Cup appeared twice to compensate. Just bring another one! We didn't work on our last visit either. -The road to the vineyard must be improved, most of the visitors could not use it. Loose rocks and pits - No reception drinks or snacks available. I blamed the refrigeration. We expected it to be closer to first class with the name Childress. He didn't come any closer.

Beautiful property right on the vineyards. Great staff and clean rooms. Nice place right next to the freeway. Hot buffet breakfast. I didn't go in the pool. It appears to be brand new. The front desk helped us keep some medicine in the kitchen fridge early as we were driving to a wedding about 2 hours away - that is always much appreciated.

Stayed here because it was close to dinner by the vineyard. Check in was great. I got out of the elevator to smell pot. Nice room. It shows age. I didn't use the pool or the gym. Easy checkout. Close to the highway. I would stay again.

I was disappointed with the price I paid to stay here. No safe in the room. Indoor pool, but no hydromassage tub. The breakfast was as good as any other hotel I have stayed at. Breakfast was from 6 to 10. Eat early because later food was low and filled nothing.

I liked the indoor pool, the water was a bit cool, probably 84 degrees. The rooms were clean and had a microwave and fridge which was nice and a comfortable mattress. The breakfast was a bit better than what most hotels offer. He was a tall man with long blond hair and a beard that was particularly handsome. I can't remember his name but he was really nice, not the fake corporate attitude that so many in the business put on. I would definitely return to this H.I.E. visiting Lexington.
