You can clearly see which reviews have been submitted by property managers. This place is haunted. The employees here clearly hate people and their jobs. From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. there is a "grand tour of the interior". I didn't have a child.

Please speak to any resident if you are considering moving into this property. There is a long list of rules for property managers and if you don't follow them, the entire municipality is at risk of having your rights revoked and fined. The staff are very unpleasant and there are serious privacy issues with the manager watching residents and security on cameras day and night. I do not recommend!!
It was all a pleasure from the day I first laid eyes on my apartment to the day I moved in, and it's still a pleasure. The letting agent was very accommodating and obviously knows the area very well. I recommend 600 Nobe to all my friends and family.
19.8.2020 and the pool is still not open. Management seems unable or unwilling to open the pool. I requested an hourly registration to swim, but this request has not yet been answered. The administration said it is "trying to keep everyone safe," but no rules have been announced regarding the possibility of opening. Other sites open their pools for a month or longer. One email regarding the pool opening was issued on July 27, 2020 stating that the pool would be open in a week or two. However, the pool gates remain locked. No further communication was found. Residents pay a fee for using the pool. These are challenging times, but there seems to be no valid excuse for not opening the pool. Any comfort is greatly appreciated during this tragedy.
I became the 600th resident of NoBe on January 2nd and it was an extraordinary experience! From the first moment I walked into the rental and was greeted by Rachel, I immediately felt comfortable. Her love, professionalism and hospitality made me feel like this is a place I want to call home. The moment she took me on a tour, she made sure I was there! The amenities are amazing and the units are top notch! Then meeting Nichole and the rest of the staff was the icing on the cake! Thank you Rachel and Nichole I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home!

The office staff moved in August 2019 and are very nice, the facilities are amazing: pool, gym and lounges where you can party and play pool etc. The design is good, they are very spacious and nice, and the price is reasonable. Maintenance and security are good and the place is safe. Ocean One is also convenient to all the casinos, there is a bus stop across the street and the station in front of the building and the Tanger Outlets, the AC train and the Convention Center block!
He just logged in and he's already having problems. The leasing manager said one thing, the building manager another. After the lease is up I will buy an apartment I love Atlantic City but not this building
I accompanied my girlfriend to her place for a recent Resident social event and took a tour, the building is very nice, the location is blocks from the beach, the amenities are second to none in the area and I am definitely looking forward to renting.
