Location, close to many attractions and restaurants. Right on the board. Great view from our balcony. Barracuda restaurant had excellent food. The aroma in the main lobby reminds you of being on the island. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Would stay with them again.

The stay was great and the staff was short but very good. The area was quiet at night and the beach was very close - you don't have to go far to get to the beach (the best part). The partial view from my vantage point was awesome!

The rooms were very spacious and so were the bathrooms. We were able to walk to the beach without crossing the busy highway. Barracuda Restaurant was very convenient for indoor/outdoor dining in the middle of the beach.
The amenities were fantastic! The staff was very welcoming and pleasant! They even let us come back after checking out and get the amenities. A great family oriented destination! Highly recommended!
We loved being on the 5th floor, nice view. Next time I want to stick to the board a little more. Great bed, could use better pillows. The kitchen was nice, with a microwave, toaster and coffee pot. Large bathroom. Loved the bathtub that collapsed. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about the facility. The pool near the Barracuda Bar is open and well maintained. Bar Barracuda food was plentiful and good. We shared Barracuda Como's great value for money. We had a great time at the 7th Annual Carousel Mites Beach Bash with non stop hockey games from 7am to 9pm! Despite the cold snowy weather (Hurricane Bomba on January 28-30) we were safe, warm and well fed and entertained with constant hockey games. Loved watching our grandson and the Richmond Generals play their little hearts out on the nice Carousel field! The Carousel staff did a great job keeping people fed and entertained during the worst storm of the 2022 winter season!

We have been at Princess Royale for 12 years and this was our first experience with the Carousel. We were not disappointed! Great prices and staff. You don't have to leave the Carousel property and have a great vacation.

It was 5 days away from the Ocean City location. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. There was a hinged door that could be installed with one phone call. When I left the room, I left the checkbook and cash in the closet, forgetting about it. Household workers found him. Not only did security send it to me, but all important documents, including cash, were returned by post. The Carousel employees were not only honest to a fault, but they packed and shipped my things to me. Really impressive. I hope to return in the future.
My family and I had a great time at the carousel, the room was clean and the view on both sides of the ocean and the city was amazing. The full kitchen was very convenient along with the restaurant options on site. It was amazing that they had an indoor and outdoor pool because it rained 1 day. We had a great time at the Carousel. The rooms were clean. The hotel had everything we needed. We ate at Tsunami bar every night and the food was very good. Easy access to the beach and things to do for the kids.
