They will give you the final bill once you move out, which is normal when you move out of the flat. In order for them to send you a final invoice, you will need to provide them with information such as your new postal address and telephone number. That's exactly what I did when I moved. About a month later, I received the final bill and they sent them a check that they cashed. Everyone expected that to be the end, but it wasn't. Then they wait almost a year before sending you to collect the final bill that you have already paid. According to the letter they sent me, the debt collectors are now threatening to ruin my credit if I don't pay. There are a couple of things here that are very frustrating. First of all, if Marina Bay Falls thinks I owe them more money, why don't they call or write to me because they have all the information about me. Second, I called and talked to them before I sent them the check to make sure we were on the same page, and they confirmed receipt of the check. I understand that times are tough, but that doesn't give them the right to do this. Now I need to contact an attorney to see what options I have to resolve this without affecting my credit. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else!

The place is so run down. Make sure it's yours before you sign. The pool is disgusting. Mold and disintegrated concrete in the walls. He doesn't even dare to go inside. Half the chairs were broken and dirty. The entire property is maintenance free. I wish I could post photos.
Marina Bay Falls is the best place I have ever stayed. I have been here for the past 5 years and cannot thank all the friendly and wonderful staff enough. I always feel like I'm on vacation when I get home from work and I love the views in all the areas. Marina Bay waterfalls has everything I don't need to leave. I found it very peaceful and all my neighbors were wonderful. When I need something fixed, I can always count on the team at Marina Bay to fix it as quickly as possible. I would also like to thank Ms. Mary, Maurice, Hermes, Karint, Jason and Lilian for letting me call this place home. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place with friendly staff and locals.
