Under the plaza's iconic dome lights will be the new Carousel Bar, an outdoor bar serving beer, wine and craft cocktails. The bar will feature Vegas-inspired items like carousel horses that move up and down, spinning martini glasses, a spinning strip of lights overhead and more.
