For owners who want to manage the property themselves, they offer a rent-only contract where they simply sell and rent the property at a lower price.
They have a 24/7 emergency phone number to ensure that service is provided as quickly as possible. Atlanta Property Management Group has its own maintenance company.
If the landlord is not satisfied with its services, it offers a refund of the previous month's maintenance fee and cancellation without penalty. If the tenant does not live in the property for a full year, they rent the property again for free (some fees still apply). They also have a pet protection program that covers up to $1,500 in damage caused by pets.
Landlords can purchase eviction protection in Atlanta for $18 a month, with some exceptions. Covers up to $1,000 in legal fees in the event of an eviction.

Before placing a tenant, they do not require payment until results are received - they market and screen the tenant for you with no upfront payment. If the tenant leaves early, they will return the unused portion of the rent and cover the landlord during breaks in the tenancy.
