The man who helped me was very friendly and told me it would take an hour even though the whole transaction only took about 45 minutes. These guys are BOMB DOT COME! Changed all four tires in less than an hour. I swear I don't feel confused and bad anymore because this is the first time I have to change a tire. All in all, the best tire shop I've been to. Previously, I bought brand new tires over a year ago from Costco, still very much under warranty... I had a crash last night and they tried to tell me it was because of just one. broken so everything is under warranty. warranty and they had to replace all 4 because it's four wheel drive.. they wanted 500$ after i just paid 500$ a year ago.. i broke down and cried because i had nothing but these 200th tire so I went there and I will never go anywhere else. John, Marco and Walt found NEW tires for me and fitted them within an hour. I really LOVE this tire shop, go there, they will help you!!!

These people are wonderful. Last night they were my heroes! I had to steer to avoid an accident in the next lane, and in doing so, I hit the curb. My rims bent, my tires started to deflate, I actually numbered my car. I was nervous because it was Sunday evening and I didn't even want to think about how much it would cost to tow the car. Then I remembered the work I did here with other cars. I go their way and hope they open up. I'm happy to see them open and busy. Honestly, I stopped waiting to be told I needed a new set of rims and tires. I didn't say this at all. My rim can be repaired. My car feels brand new again. I am so grateful that they opened on Sunday night and did such an honest job.

I went to Rodrigues and they charged me $130 for two used tires, they called Rios and they said they charged me $100. Left Rodriguez to go to the tire shop Rios. Plus the customer service is great, they are gentlemen. I am so grateful and lucky to have called them before they charged me 130. They even gave me water because it was too hot.
