I have been to this place many times. The doctors there are good. Service is always pretty quick. Even on working days.
I went there pregnant and in pain. I sat in a cold, smelly room for 45 minutes and no one did anything to manage the heat or anything. EVERYONE WHO ENTERS MY ROOM IS A MAN, DON'T KEEP THE PAIN IN YOUR BELLY.
An hour later they put in an IV and let me freeze. I can't wait to save the place, I hope my insurance has somewhere because I never want to go to this place again without treatment.
I come here I hate going anywhere. But if you are in pain you have to go and ask for help when I come here. I'm fine if I have the flu or something but when I'm in pain. different story I have two discs on my back. I brought my MRI report along with my pain medication prescription. I want to make the pain better. do this to them The insurance company pays them good money and my husband spends 400.00 a month to pay for this insurance. He shouldn't have treated me like that. I told the doctor that if he was a drug addict they wouldn't have a bottle full of painkillers. They would come out and the doctors told me they don't read me. I brought in my MRI so they could figure out what was wrong. so instead of treating my pain. The doctor said, "What are you going to do with it?" I said, "I'm not a doctor. So what are you going to do with him?" then they threatened to write all this nonsense in columns to make me look bad.I'm like a real .wow.ok ii will notify the insurance company. absolute disbelief. I have been going to this urgent care for 10 years and I have to say I am absolutely done. I think I can do away with doctors altogether. None of them care how you feel. they want you to be sick. so i know

First I will rate this place minus 5. I don't recommend going to this place. They claim to be an Urgent Care center that attends to emergency situations but in reality they are not. I had a personal experience that was terrifying. I've never been to Las Vegas. I was at the nursing conference for a week. Two days after this event, I started having severe stomach pains with non-stop vomiting., at 3 am I took a taxi to seek care. I thought (my mistake) going to the urgent care center would evaluate my complaints and find out what was wrong with me. Instead, I waited for the doctor in a cold room to vomit non-stop, and the doctor just came and patted my stomach and listened to my stomach, and I was discharged with gas sickness. I took a taxi back to my hotel room at 7am, and the pain only got worse, not to mention I couldn't stop throwing up. Knowing something was wrong, I took a cab to the hospital emergency room. With 2.5 hours of x-rays, they discovered that my small intestine was blocked. A CT scan confirmed this and I had emergency surgery, where they were required to cut the 17th fallopian tube and the broad ligament of the left ovary, going through the small intestine. You see, I've never had gastric bypass surgery. The surgeons told me if I waited any longer I would die! After I finished this test and got home, I called this place to let them know what happened. I talked to 4-5 different people explaining my story, but no one cared. I would hate for anyone to experience what I went through. Go to the nearest emergency room. It is not worth risking your life with careless and insensitive doctors. Plus I had to pay $284, before I was allowed to see anyone! SURGICAL!
