Due to the size and weight of our equipment, we can only use reputable shipping companies for delivery. Each shipment is palletized, tied and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damage during transit.
Upon arrival, you can ask the driver to separate the pallet into separate boxes for easy unloading of the goods from the truck. We usually include elevator service. Available as curbside delivery. The truck driver unloads the goods from the truck to the ground level. If you must have an inbound delivery service, there will be an additional charge to be paid separately and agreed with the forwarder. We also allow free pickup from our main distribution warehouse in the Miami area. The devices we sell are not suitable for express or courier delivery due to their weight and high risk of damage.

Due to higher than expected order volume and the busy selling season, larger orders may take an additional 3-5 days to prepare for shipment. We work around the clock to deliver all orders on time and will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays or questions.
We prepare each shipment within 72 hours of receiving payment (weekdays only). Shipping companies usually pick up the package the same day or the day after we call them that it is ready. Delivery can take between 5 and 8 working days and in rare cases up to 12 days.
We will provide tracking information after shipment. Please contact us in case of shipment delay. Please double check your information to ensure you are sending the correct shipping address, updated email and valid phone number with your order. Someone must be present to receive the package during delivery. The delivery company will call your phone number to arrange a delivery time for home deliveries. If your phone number is invalid, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. If delivery is refused or undeliverable, it will be treated as a returned shipment.
On arrival, count all boxes and compare them to the delivery receipt number before signing. Open the boxes and carefully check the contents for damage. All products are inspected in strict ISO controlled facilities and our warehouse is kept in perfect condition. Report and claim any shipping damage to the carrier upon receipt of delivery. Contact us with a description of the damage and photos, etc. Although rare, some shipping losses may occur and we are here to help.
