The city wants you to have a safe place to stay + peace of mind from home. Mission: St. Louis (M:STL) manages the Urban Healthy Home Renovation Plan (HHRP) project.
Healthy Home Renovation Program Mission: A non-profit public partnership between the City of St. Louis and the City of St. Louis - Department of Buildings and the Community Development Agency (CDA). This program provides assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners who own and maintain a home in St. Louis. Designed to help homeowners stay in their homes, the program keeps homes alive through code, health and other safety repairs.
