The manager had nothing but drama from the front office through 3 companies and it got worse every day. He finally moved when the premeds took over the park because they ordered everything, he promised he wouldn't kick people and they did. The AC units are older and run about 400 a month. Nice scene, but not worth the pass and the office where they lie to you.

DON'T LIVE HERE! Worst management/staff ever! I moved into the "renovated" apartment and had no problems. First, after I was informed, I had to go to the city supervisor to do the inspection. I can't have a dog so I just have access and I need a break from work. Second, my air conditioner flooded my floor. Reformed but nothing works. Long story short, I took 5 days off (without pay) to "allow access" to get the job done. The result is still uncertain. And the inspection of the city is still not finished. I couldn't be sure that the empty thing was done without checking. All this after 10 days of living here. They keep announcing that I am bound for the duration of my lease, even after my lawyer says I have "good cause" with sufficient documentation for the duration of the lease. Lots of conversations and texts with management and maintenance about the climate and inspection that still hasn't happened, I'm taking these to the right of my deposit. Then they send me an offer with a ridiculous fee without the cleaning fees. After 10 days, I have a video, a picture and a witness that the world is left behind when I move. These ppl can't own properties. The management is horrible and the only excuse for "new ownership" is that there is not enough energy to run the complex properly. I hope this helps others so that I don't make the same mistake. Darling rejoices with the court.
Great place. Unfortunately, it's really downhill. I think their biggest problem is: no competent support person and no on-site management. When the last maintenance man left, the property manager's son was given the job. This guy has no experience in maintenance. The last straw was when my washing machine broke down. I described the problem to him and he said, "I don't know how to fix it." He didn't even want to try. He didn't care about the stagnant water in the sink. I gave him a letter to take care of it because it was a violation of health. My washing machine took two months to store. Two months! The company said this is the base. Probably because the guy replaced everything with cheap installation. When I complained, I was told that there were several other residents waiting to store larger equipment. No real pain. If something happens in the middle of the night or on the weekend - tough luck. Some voicemails. Someone will contact you after 9am on Monday. Since there is no control over things, anything goes. It's like the wild west. Some examples: loose dogs, poop everywhere. (I'm always worried about someone getting run over by their pet!) Dogs are confined or have a weight limit. Completely unsupervised children. Children cry their heads off at the top of their lungs for hours. (Forget sleeping in at the weekend!) The dogs swim in the public swimming pool. Rutrum rutrum eleifend. Eleifend users of the tennis court, as there is no park at night. Mothers cry for their children. They sit in folding chairs in the parking lot and just blow the breeze for hours. It seems that half the population is disabled and out of work. They just hang out all day. When I first moved in, my neighbors were all working people who helped each other. Not anymore. There are still great tenants, but there is also a lot of traffic. The other downside is that the units are poorly insulated and get a lot of sunlight, so your utility bill will be hundreds of dollars a month. The lowest current was $70 and the highest was $420. The best thing about this place is the cheap rent (the only places I've found cheaper in Roseville are Olympus Park and West Wind) and the great view of the greenbelt.
