Huntsville Hospital is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our current team of over 50 Emergency Medicine Physicians. We have staff from three emergency departments. The main emergency department is a level I trauma center, stroke center and cardiology center with a beautiful physical installation, fantastic resources and dedicated backup that has over 75,000 patient visits per year. It has 68 beds, including 16 observation beds. The acceptance rate is more than 35 percent.
The pediatric ED at Huntsville Women's and Children's Hospital has 16 beds, two rapid assessment rooms and sees more than 36,000 patients annually with an admission rate of over 10 percent.
