I looked at the GIO and PDS comprehensive insurance website and didn't see any mention of "accident" or "2 days a week". Screenshots from the GIO website below. In fact, all my research (including online application) has shown that GIO RS coverage is a simple matter of applying and paying a higher premium than regular private insurance. It states that taxis and car hire are not covered.
