I moved in last year, they didn't show me the unit and said it looked like an office apartment. When I walked into my unit it didn't look like their office and the guest bathroom only had hot water which they still won't fix, my carpet was taken down, the curtains were dirty , the doors were all different colors and one the room is too small the sink is too bad i mean the list goes on and i have done so many good jobs and nothing has been fixed and it does a year now. I was only given thirty days to move out and the next day with a covid 19 diagnosis I tried 30 days for the 2 weeks I was supposed to be home they never responded so when they finally told me the rent for my unit, so now I'm currently looking for legal help to stop it as I'm having a little trouble finding a place. if you can avoid this place, please don't make it worth it. Also add that it's not a good society to live in

Children throw stones, smoke in laundries. They have to get a lot of these people out of here. Thieves, etc. They don't fix things??
It's not a gated complex so people can come and go. There is no security so there are tons of lawyers and there is a reason my property and other tenants are being robbed. There is no assigned parking, so there is never parking for tenants. The laundry is disgusting and does not work properly. The apartment is getting worse because they let someone move in. The only good thing about this apartment complex is its proximity to I-95.
