Still working lengthwise, cut each potato into 3 equal pieces, or however many pieces you need to get the size you want. For small potatoes, you can only make 2 slices.
Finally, round the potatoes to reduce the width. Cut perpendicular to the line you made earlier. Try to keep as many slices as possible so that the potatoes cook well. However, this is more than cutting, so it will not be good.
How To Keep Cut Potatoes From Turning Brown
For method 2, we will choose a cube of potatoes - the "dice" technique. Let's get it right!
First of all, we need to cut the side of the potato. Place the potatoes on a cutting board so that they are "flat". Hold with your dominant hand like a bear's nose, using your head as a guide. Cut from the top to the bottom of the potato to create your first edge. Now, put this down on the board.
