I have lived here for almost 6 years. I have made wonderful friends and sadly lost some of them. The administration has changed so many times that it was necessary to remember Amber's name. We had nice lunches and parties for the pets and enjoyed getting together to play bingo or other games. But with the change in management, things are no longer comfortable. When we are cheap, the staff always say order and we will take care of it. But it didn't happen. Sometimes it takes weeks to several months. I'm happy to say I think we have great control! They will listen if you have a problem and they will take care of it if not in one day, then the next. They are very knowledgeable and I feel really happy and I feel good time that he is back!!!!! GS
I have lived in Portofino for almost 3 years and I really love it. Bright pool and jacuzzi, everything is clean and there are many trees, good location. I love the floor plan and the fact that it's always quiet here. In particular, I want to get a great job in property management and maintenance. The yard is like a dog park. From morning till night the uncontrollable animals barked at each other. The owners yelled at their dog. Owners argue with their dogs, as I saw again this morning, first hand. Managers try but there are no consequences for dog owners who violate the lease by not controlling their pets. Tenants are not entitled to payment; Just the dog and the owner. In the hall, it is like living in a dog cage many times for the above reasons. It gets worse every year I've lived here. Both tenants left due to noise or deafness/hard of hearing.

My 2 bedroom apartment is neat, clean and energy efficient. A short walk from the club and pool, my balcony overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard with mature trees and extensive lawns. Welcome to a refreshing break from the desert landscape that surrounds the community. My safe building feels more like a well-designed hotel than an apartment building, especially for the price! The covered parking space protects the car from the extreme heat and the "parking lot" provides a great place for your child to exercise. A great place to call home. I was lucky to find this house!
Green landscape design is what attracted me in the beginning and the animal community was attractive to me and my animals. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The house was well maintained and repaired on time. Managers try hard to give us the inside scoop to lift our spirits. Recent renovations to the exterior and interior have become permanent. We are a short walk to a supermarket with food and shopping.
Our building is a type of green lawn, we have gardens for rent on both sides of the building, we can grow as we want. The building is calm, peaceful, inspiring, relaxing. Park chairs pass.
