Welcome to our beautifully designed studio with natural light. The studio is suitable for photography and video/film production. This 2,400 square foot property is located in the Heights neighborhood, minutes from downtown. The main deck is 30' x 40' and the large garage door is 12' x 12'. The large garage door can be opened and unfolded with a big swipe to give you great natural light. Equipment included in your rental includes: c-stands, back post, apple boxes, v-flats, pose tables, bar stools, 7' studio stand and seamless paper. Additional equipment is listed in our sales directory. We have Profoto, godox, norman lights and modifiers. Other amenities include: Closet with 16 ft ceiling Kitchen with microwave and refrigerator Gallery Bathroom WiFi Outdoor space Audio system Music Total area is 2400 sq ft.

Please do not smoke inside. Please do not bring alcohol with you. Pets are welcome in the studio but must be supervised at all times. Overtime As a general rule, overtime will be paid in half-hour increments. The space must be free and all items brought into the space must be removed by the deadline of your reservation. Overtime will be paid in half-hour increments at 1.5 our set hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGE A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the property and we ask/appreciate that guests clean up after themselves. The guest must drop off any equipment or rentals they bring and you must factor this set up and tear down time into your booking times. Please take good care of our site. No nails, screws, studs or drilling materials should be used in our walls. Any rubberized tape or backing material must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be charged to the credit card on file. Furniture Please let us know in advance if you need to move furniture to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT Smoking or vaping in the space is prohibited. No alcohol is allowed without the owner's permission. No glitter or confetti may be used. No open flames or grilling is allowed on site or any cooking that will create too much smoke as our site is not ventilated. No gas or electric vehicles are allowed on the property. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
There are security cameras located outside and inside the premises. Indoor cameras are located in the main studio area and are always on.
The studio is maintained and disinfected by a professional cleaning service. The studio and common areas are disinfected after each reservation.
