Seattle Furnished Apartments Short Term - When Airbnbs started disappearing (and increasing rates) during the pandemic, I looked for furnished (minimum) apartments in Seattle that I could rent for three months or more.
I wasn't sure how long I would stay in Seattle, but it was clear that this might be my only option for living—a temporary or long-term option that anyone would need.

I usually don't look at corporate housing because corporate housing is usually high priced without full facilities in the unit.
With furnished monthly rates, more reasonably priced than any I could find in Seattle at the time.

Within walking distance of Lake Union, I knew I could easily take public transportation anywhere in Seattle.
I almost rented at East Howe Steps but was concerned about how management treated one of their new employees so it was wise to rent elsewhere.
If management changes hands or corrects this issue - making sure they treat everyone with kindness and respect - I will definitely consider East Howe Steps in the future.

When I checked out The Landing, I found that they offer furnished apartments for short and long-term use, a satisfaction guarantee, as well as a membership option.

Ori's Furnished Apartments are located on "The Ave" in the University District with an incredible walkability score. They are mostly marketed to UW students, but anyone can rent from Ori.
The secure building has efficiency units, small balconies and skyline views from trees or upper floor apartments.
Ori's monthly rates were among those in Seattle when I rented a unit for six months (the unit in the photo).
I loved this apartment and loved living in the U District, especially since the manager at the time was great (he's no longer there).
Corporate Housing Seattle, Wa
It's a neighborhood that's a little rough right now, but the renters don't mind that. I solved this by choosing to walk down 15th Ave, avoiding the busy areas of the Ave.
I especially enjoyed the nearby Seattle vegetarian Thai restaurants, Saturday farmers market, parks and light rail. A person can travel fast almost anywhere.

M's amenities are plentiful, they rent by the bed (for those who want roommates) as well as offering private apartments. Close to all light rail stations.
